Major local brewer, Simonds Farsons Cisk, inaugurated a state of the art beer packaging facility at its Brewery in Mrieħel. This latest investment in its operational facilities enables the company to produce and package beer and other beverages in exportable packages and so open up new horizons for the future.

Malta Enterprise in collaboration with MCAST and The Malta Crafts Council is receiving Expressions of Interest for a pilot project it will be launching intended to facilitate the transfer of artisanal skills to prospective crafts persons, in order to develop sectors of traditional crafts that are at risk of dying out. The pilot project shall address traditional Maltese boat building and traditional Maltese stonework decoration.
Malta Enterprise is pleased to support the Xjenza Mania STEAM summer school. This is an initiative organised by the University of Malta Cottonera Resource Centre. Students will participate in experiments in the various sciences, engineering, art, mathematics and more. There will also be dedicated sessions on ICT and Robotics.
