Siegfried is a pharmaceutical companies located in Switzerland.  The main reason for having a production plant in Malta is that the island is an EU State - which means that we can produce for and release our products on the EU market.  Furthermore, in our field, it is very important to have English as an official language because there a lot of technical words which are not easy to translate in another language.  Everybody can understand English and it makes communication easier.  Another reason was the highly-qualified Maltese workforce.
