The EUREKA Global Innovation Summit (EGIS) 2019, which will be taking place between May 14th and 16th at the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester, United Kingdom, is the flagship event of EUREKA - a network of public agencies that funds and supports businesses carrying out close-to-market R&D and innovation.

EGIS 2019 is the global meeting place to network, collaborate and secure future business opportunities under the trusted banner of the EUREKA Network. Open to all businesses and policy makers, the event is envisaged to attract more than 1,750 participants from over 45 countries. 

The 3-day full-scale conference programme consists of over 50 inspiring sessions with the participation of more than 140 speakers, focusing amongst others on the latest developments in AI & Data, Clean Growth, Healthy Ageing and the Future of Mobility. Participants can also attend a variety of info sessions, interactive sessions with all the EUREKA Clusters, practical workshops, as well as a diverse offering of side events which will take place at the venue.

More importantly, participants will have the option to request matchmaking opportunities, with the venue offering plenty of places to network and make valuable new connections.


Malta-based enterprises that wish to participate in the event can register here. The event is free to attend, with a short application process to ensure the presence of the most promising innovative businesses and researchers globally. Malta-based participants may also be eligible for support to take part in the event.
