Malta Enterprise, in collaboration with the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise and Industry and the GRTU is organizing a business breakfast dedicated to "Brexit: Threats, Challenges and Opportunities" on Monday, 19 November 2018 at 08:30h at the Phoenicia Hotel in Floriana.
Participants will have the possibility to meet and discuss the challenges and threats posed by Brexit, as well as the opportunities that may rise as a consequence of the final Brexit deal. Particular attention will be given to Maltese businesses operating in the United Kingdom, which might experience disruptions on several sectors.
The keynote speaker at the business breakfast will be Dan O’Brien, Chief Economist at Ireland’s leading foreign affairs think tank, the Institute for International and European Affairs. Mr O’Brien has a long association with trade, EU affairs and Malta.
This will be followed by a panel discussion featuring leading experts in the field, as well as entrepreneurs based in Malta, to whom participants will be able to address questions and comments.
