The Commerce Department in collaboration with Malta Enterprise will participate at the popular crafts fair L’Artigiano in Fiera in Milan between Saturday 3rd and Sunday 11 December 2016.
L’Artigiano in Fiera is considered to be the biggest crafts fair in Europe. The Malta Pavilion will be set up in a hall which will consist of a number of other exhibitors from all over Europe. Besides the “Europe” Hall, there will be other halls with crafts products coming from the continents of Africa, America and Asia. Once again it is expected that in all there will be more than 3,000 exhibitors coming from around 100 different countries. More details on the fair can be found on www.artigianoinfiera.it
The Commerce Department and Malta Enterprise will be funding in part the participation of local crafts persons. The amount of funding for each crafts person is still being considered and this will depend also on the number of crafts persons who will actually show interest to participate.
Interested crafts persons are requested send an email to [email protected] by not later than Friday 15 July 2016 at noon. Those crafts persons who will register their interest by replying to this email will be contacted again to confirm that they agree to the terms and conditions and to confirm their participation.
In case of oversubscription to this initiative, the Commerce Department and Malta Enterprise will decide on the procedure to be applied to determine the final list of participating crafts persons and/or crafts products and their decision will be final.
The Commerce Department and Malta Enterprise reserve the right to cancel the event for any reason known to them.
