This measure facilitates employment of non-residents in roles which are currently not addressed by the local labour market by temporarily easing the tax expenses incurred by such individuals through a fiscal incentive. The Application Form provided is intended for persons employed in eligible roles as per incentive guidelines and is to be submitted both for new applications and renewal of exisiting approvals that have or are due to expire. Complete application forms are to be submitted to Malta Enterprise by sending a scanned and signed copy to [email protected] for review.
